Welcome to the City of Walla Walla online Utility Access. This service allows Utility customers to check account balances, pay bills, view transaction history, and examine usage information.

Effective January 1, the City Council passed Ordinance 2024-39, charging customers who pay by credit/debit card a 1.5% service fee.

The City's online portal was updated on December 20, 2024.  It is supported by Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. You cannot use Mozilla Firefox to complete an online payment.
